Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm WST – Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.

Stock availability.

Most of our products are available to be shipped once payment has been made. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will advise you via phone or email and send out your order as soon as possible.

For all Australian orders, Toscas Boutique provides free standard shipping and free express shipping on orders over $300. All Express shipping orders under $300 incur a charge of $14.00  

On dispatch of your order from our store, you will receive an email notification with the courier tracking details.

 On delivery, if no one is available to receive the order the courier has ATL – authority to leave the order on the property. Once the delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer. Toscas Boutique does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered. Free shipping on orders over $300 / Orders $300 and under  - $25.00

For International deliveries, we use a DHL Express that provides accurate real-time tracking. Due to customs requirements, unfortunately, we can not ship to PO Boxes internationally. Please provide us with a private or business street address.

On dispatch of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details. Orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Once in transit, we suggest you allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on the package. Your order is shipped DDU – duties, and taxes unpaid. VAT, taxes and/ or duties are not included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/ or duties are not within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.

Depending on delivery location customs fees and charges may be payable. This is a responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Toscas Boutique. Any orders refused at delivery, for this reason, will incur the return shipping fee.

Due to increasing restrictions, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Algeria.

*Due to increased risk and shipping fees to some regions, limited countries will incur a $60 flat shipping fee.
