Returns Policy


  • Full price garments can be returned for a store credit or exchange ONLY.         Item(s) must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and tags attached.              Please take care when trying on garments as item(s) that are soiled from makeup, food, dirt, fake tan, or smelling of perfume or deodorant will not be accepted. 
  • For health reasons and in the absence of any fault, we do not offer returns, exchange or credit on earing’s or underpants.
  • Sale items are final sale and Cannot be returned unless for a manufacturing fault. 
  • Online returns can also be made through our retail store but still in conjunction with the above returns policy.
  • Once delivered please allow 5 business days for processing of returns through the online store.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return.

Return Time.

  • Returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order for Store Credit or Exchange.

How to return for store credit.

  • Please Email Us  and request a return authorisation number (#RA). Upon acceptance by Toscas Boutique, you will receive a #RA number. Please enclose the completed tear-off slip from your invoice with the #RA number written onto it.
  • All store credits may take 2-3 business days to process once the item is received. Credit is applied to the website and will automatically be deducted at checkout when you next purchase. ( Store credit for items returned ONLY, shipping not included.)
  • Toscas Boutique does not cover the cost of return shipping. We do suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received. 
  • The cost of postage will only be covered for the first exchange. After that standard shipping costs apply.
  • Orders can only be returned 2 times within the same credit note. All purchases after this will incur a 20% restocking fee.

 Faulty or incorrect items.

  • We take great pride in the quality of our products and endeavor to inspect all items before leaving our store. However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item, which has a fault or is incorrect to the item you purchased, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at Email Us  Please provide us with photographic evidence, the order number, and the fault/incorrect item.


  • We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended.


  • In the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect item being sent, we will gladly refund you the shipping cost once we receive your item.


Assessing the return.

We will assess the returned item to determine whether it’s fit for return, then notify you of the outcome. We reserve the right to refuse a return if our returns policy has not been met.

You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Toscas Boutique account when this transaction is complete.
